# Sprint 127

> Arabic language and RTL support for IDV, KYC multi-theme branding, KYB sole proprietorship identity verification, and dynamic workflow decline action.

## What's New

### Arabic Language Support for Identity Verification

The IDV flow now supports Arabic, including a full right-to-left (RTL) layout across all screens and components. Arabic users can now complete the entire verification experience in their native language with a correctly mirrored interface.

Arabic is available on both web and mobile SDKs. To use it, pass `"locale": "AR"` in your token generation request. See the full list of supported languages and locale codes on the [Supported Languages](/resources/supported-languages) page.

### New Digital ID Support

Several new digital ID document types are now accepted within the IDV flow, expanding coverage for partners operating in relevant markets. To enable the new digital ID types, go to [**Settings → Document and Identity Verification**](/guides/dashboard/settings/document-identity-verification) and add the relevant digital ID types to your accepted methods. For a full list of supported digital IDs by country, see [Document Types](/resources/supported-documents#document-types) and [eID Provider Integrations](/guides/compliance/eidas#eid-provider-integrations).

### KYB: Sole Proprietorship Identity Verification

KYB verification flows now include identity verification (IDV) for sole proprietorships. Individual business owners completing KYB onboarding can now go through a personal IDV step as part of the same flow, removing the need to run a separate verification.

The sole proprietorship flow is enabled per KYB workflow configuration. When a client selects **Sole Proprietorship** on the company details page, the flow adjusts automatically — hiding director and shareholder sections and routing the owner through identity verification. See [Sole Proprietorship](/guides/dashboard/kyb/step-sole-proprietorship) for setup details.

### KYC: Multiple Branding Themes

Partners can now create, manage, and apply multiple branding themes within the KYC (IDV) product — matching the capability already available for KYB. This removes a blocker for partners who serve multiple brands or markets from a single account: instead of a single global branding configuration, you can define distinct themes with their own colors, logo, font, watermark, and support email, and apply a different one to each verification flow.

**What changed:**

* The KYB **Themes** tab is renamed to **Branding** across the dashboard, bringing both products under the same terminology.
* KYC gains the same multi-theme management interface: create, edit, duplicate, and delete themes.
* Existing KYC branding is automatically migrated to a default theme — no reconfiguration needed.
* A **Custom theme** toggle is now available when creating or editing a magic link, letting you assign a specific theme per link directly from the dashboard.

See [Branding (KYC)](/guides/dashboard/settings/kyc-branding) and the [White Labeling and Branding Guide](/guides/dashboard/settings/idv-flow-and-branding-guide) for setup details.

## Improvements

### KYB: Allowed Document Type Per Upload

Partners can now restrict which file formats are accepted for each individual document upload step within a KYB flow. This allows fine-grained control over what end users can submit — for example, requiring PDF for incorporation documents while accepting images for other steps.

Allowed formats are configured per document slot in the workflow editor. See [Document Management](/guides/dashboard/general/document-management-individuals-companies) for details.

### KYB: Dynamic Workflows — Decline Action

KYB dynamic workflows now support a **Decline** action in instant triggers. When a client selects a specific answer — for example, a restricted country or a disqualifying company type — the session can be automatically declined without routing to a workflow.

To configure a decline action, go to [**Business Verifications → Configuration → Workflows → Build dynamic flow**](/guides/dashboard/kyb/dynamic-workflows) and add a **Decline** instant trigger for the relevant answer.

### KYB: Dynamic Workflows — Country Scoring Updates

**Country select** and **Country select multi** question types now fully support weighted scoring across all workflow routing scenarios — not only as instant triggers. Each country option carries a configurable weight that contributes to the total score calculation, enabling more nuanced risk-based routing by geography.

Q\&A management in the workflow editor has also been improved for easier configuration. See [Dynamic Workflows](/guides/dashboard/kyb/dynamic-workflows) for the full setup guide.

### IDV: Instructions Page Redesign

The instructions screen shown before document capture has been redesigned to reduce visual noise and improve completion rates. Unnecessary elements have been removed and the call-to-action behaviour has been updated — the primary button is now inactive until the user has read the instructions, making the next step clearer.

### PAYG: Auto-Login After Registration

Partners registering via Pay As You Go are now automatically logged into the dashboard upon successful sign-up. The manual login step after registration has been removed, as has the security question from the first-login experience. New accounts land directly in the dashboard after completing registration.

### PAYG: Delete Saved Bank Card

Partners can remove saved bank card details directly from the dashboard billing settings, without contacting support. The option is available under **Settings → Subscription → Billing details → Edit**. See [Subscription Management](/resources/billing/subscription#removing-a-saved-bank-card) for step-by-step instructions.
