# Workflow Setup

> Create and manage business verification workflows in the iDenfy dashboard to define verification steps, required fields, and documents.

## Managing Workflows

### Navigation

To access the workflow management area, navigate to:

**Business Verifications** → **Configuration** → **Workflows**

### Actions & Features

On the main Workflows page, you can perform the following high-level actions:

* **View Workflows:** See a list of all existing workflows, including their unique **IDs** and **Names**.
* **Create New:** Click the **Create New** button in the top right to build a flow from scratch.
* **Import Workflow:** Use the **Import** button to upload a pre-configured workflow file.
* **Pagination:** Navigate through your list of workflows using the results counter at the top of the table.

### Workflow Options

Click the **three dots (⋮)** icon on any specific workflow row to open the management menu:

| Option             | Description                                                                                                                                |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Edit               | Modify the steps and logic of the existing workflow.                                                                                       |
| Create a copy      | Duplicate the workflow to use as a template for a new one.                                                                                 |
| View documentation | Access technical details or guides specific to that flow.                                                                                  |
| Set as default     | Mark this workflow as the primary flow for your business verifications.                                                                    |
| Export workflow    | Download the workflow configuration for backup or transfer.                                                                                |
| Delete             | Deletes workflow permanently. If the workflow has an associated Business verification with it, the system will not allow you to delete it. |

## Managing Steps in Workflow

To **enable / disable** specific steps in the workflow, you can simply turn on the widget in the top right corner.

  **Skip**

  Any steps in the workflow that are unnecessary can be skipped.
