User Experience​

Users can now receive a verification link via SMS.

  • ID verification has a new setting to toggle this option on or off
  • The setting is enabled by default for all users

Digital IDs​

  • Digital IDs and physical IDs now share the same credit type - the separate Digital IDs credit type has been removed
  • A dedicated setting lets you choose which Digital IDs to offer as an alternative to document verification
  • Digital and physical IDs are now presented as clearly distinct verification methods during the user flow
  • Digital IDs have been added to the Active product section

KYB​

  • KYB Locales now additionally support German, French, and Portuguese languages
  • The AI Reviewer feature now also offers a View findings option, providing detailed information on what led the task to its specific outcome
