What’s New

KYB: Dynamic Workflows

Partners can now build a smart questionnaire that automatically routes end-users to the right KYB verification process based on their answers.
  • Configure scoring rules and instant routing triggers based on applicant answers
  • Manage all dynamic workflows from the dashboard — no manual workflow picking required
  • End-users go through a simple step-by-step questionnaire before verification begins
  • Compliance teams can review which workflow was applied and why directly in the company review panel

IDV: Face Capture Guidance

The face capture step now provides real-time visual feedback, showing users whether their face is correctly positioned before taking a photo. This reduces errors and makes the verification process faster and smoother.

IDV: Korean and Traditional Chinese Language Support

Korean and Traditional Chinese are now available as language options across the IDV flow on both web and mobile. Users can complete verification in their native language, joining the existing set of supported languages including Simplified Chinese.

AML: Legacy History Log Access

Compliance officers can now open and review AML monitoring entries that were migrated from the previous version. A View button on migrated history entries opens a read-only view of the original monitoring data.

PAYG: Signup with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo

Users can now register using free email providers such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo. A valid payment card is required to activate the account, keeping the signup process open while maintaining safeguards against trial misuse.

Improvements

EIN Verification Endpoint

A new standalone API endpoint is available for verifying US Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), allowing partners to validate business tax IDs independently of the full company verification flow.

Proof of Address: Higher Success Rate

Improvements to the Proof of Address step increase the likelihood of successful document submissions on the first attempt.

KYB: Improved GOV Reports Reliability

Registration number validation that was incorrectly blocking GOV report orders has been removed. Report ordering now works reliably for companies returned from search results.

KYB: Updated Lite Report Services

Credit Bureau and GOV Registers lite reports now use the updated reporting infrastructure, improving consistency and reliability across admin, core API, and automated report flows.
