What’s New
Arabic Language Support for Identity Verification
The IDV flow now supports Arabic, including a full right-to-left (RTL) layout across all screens and components. Arabic users can now complete the entire verification experience in their native language with a correctly mirrored interface. Arabic is available on both web and mobile SDKs. To use it, pass"locale": "AR" in your token generation request. See the full list of supported languages and locale codes on the Supported Languages page.
New Digital ID Support
Several new digital ID document types are now accepted within the IDV flow, expanding coverage for partners operating in relevant markets. To enable the new digital ID types, go to Settings → Document and Identity Verification and add the relevant digital ID types to your accepted methods. For a full list of supported digital IDs by country, see Document Types and eID Provider Integrations.KYB: Sole Proprietorship Identity Verification
KYB verification flows now include identity verification (IDV) for sole proprietorships. Individual business owners completing KYB onboarding can now go through a personal IDV step as part of the same flow, removing the need to run a separate verification. The sole proprietorship flow is enabled per KYB workflow configuration. When a client selects Sole Proprietorship on the company details page, the flow adjusts automatically — hiding director and shareholder sections and routing the owner through identity verification. See Sole Proprietorship for setup details.KYC: Multiple Branding Themes
Partners can now create, manage, and apply multiple branding themes within the KYC (IDV) product — matching the capability already available for KYB. This removes a blocker for partners who serve multiple brands or markets from a single account: instead of a single global branding configuration, you can define distinct themes with their own colors, logo, font, watermark, and support email, and apply a different one to each verification flow. What changed:- The KYB Themes tab is renamed to Branding across the dashboard, bringing both products under the same terminology.
- KYC gains the same multi-theme management interface: create, edit, duplicate, and delete themes.
- Existing KYC branding is automatically migrated to a default theme — no reconfiguration needed.
- A Custom theme toggle is now available when creating or editing a magic link, letting you assign a specific theme per link directly from the dashboard.
