Detailed breakdown

Branding — visual look and feel

Configure logo, colors (primary/secondary, backgrounds, text, status), fonts, session timer visibility, and support email. When to use: “We want the flow to visually match our product.”

User Interface & SDK — screens and behavior

Control which screens users see (document selection, instructions, quality tips), enable photo AI insights, show/hide footer, logo, and watermark. Configure auto-capture and liveness behavior for mobile SDKs. When to use: “Which steps and UI elements should we show?”

Configuration — journey and redirects

Set allowed devices, cross-device flows, redirect URLs (approved/denied/unverified), redirect timing, manual review rules, and image upload settings. When to use: “What does the full journey look like from start to finish?”

Document & Identity Verification — accepted documents

Choose document types (passport, ID card, driver’s license), set country-specific rules, require front+back capture, configure age limits. When to use: “Which documents and countries are allowed?”

Biometric & Liveness — spoofing prevention

Toggle face liveness (passive vs active 3D), document liveness (catch screens/prints), configure NFC (optional or required). When to use: “How strong should our biometric checks be?”

Proof of Address — address verification

Add or remove the PoA step, allow specific document types (utility bill, bank statement), restrict issue date and countries. When to use: “Do we need a proof-of-address step?”

AML & Fraud Prevention — extra safety

Enable AML screening and monitoring, add registry/criminal background checks, detect duplicates, manage blocklists (by document, selfie, personal data, IP), add email/phone/bank verification steps. When to use: “What additional risk checks do we want beyond ID verification?” Manage privacy policy wording and consent text shown to users during verification. When to use: “What legal information is shown to users?”
