These settings control the core automation logic and lifecycle management of business verifications.
  • Company expiration check Automatically tracks the validity of company verifications. The system sends notifications at 11 and 12 months, with the 12-month notification marking the company status as expired.
  • Company tags Create and assign custom tags to companies. This allows you to filter and organize the full company list within your dashboard based on your specific criteria.
  • AI validation for KYB documents Enables AI analysis to automatically verify if the uploaded documents match the document type required for the specific step in the KYB process.
  • Redirect URL for KYB verification Define a custom URL to redirect users for the KYB verification flow. This replaces the default iDenfy page in emails and tokens.Tip: You can include {{token_string}} in the URL, which the system will replace with the actual dynamic token.
  • Status on submit Determines the status automatically assigned to a company immediately after the KYB form is submitted (e.g., “Pending Review”).
