Automation & Lifecycle

  • Company expiration check — Automatically tracks the validity of company verifications. The system sends notifications at 11 and 12 months, with the 12-month notification marking the company status as expired.
  • AI validation for KYB documents — Enables AI analysis to automatically verify if uploaded documents match the document type required for each step in the KYB process.
  • Status on submit — Determines the status automatically assigned to a company immediately after the KYB form is submitted (e.g., “Pending Review”).
  • Redirect URL for KYB verification — Define a custom URL to redirect users for the KYB verification flow. This replaces the default iDenfy page in emails and tokens. You can include {{token_string}} in the URL, which the system will replace with the actual dynamic token.

Company Tags

Create and assign custom tags to companies to filter and organize the full company list within your dashboard. Tags can also be linked to a specific company when generating a KYB session. Company tags configuration

Review Levels

Create custom review levels and assign them to companies to track where each company sits in your internal review workflow. Add/delete/edit review levels — Build out your custom level list. Each level can be selected per company and used to filter the company list. Review levels list Set the default review level — Select a level from your created list. This level will be automatically assigned to all new entries. Default review level setting Turn on filtering by review level — Enable the company status filter so your team can filter the company list by assigned review level. Review level filter toggle
