We’ve introduced a new option that allows identity verification to be performed seamlessly during the Know Your Business (KYB) process. This enables your users to complete ID verification as part of the KYB flow, eliminating the need to request it separately. Note: this option may not be available for you if it was not added to your plan. If you’re unsure whether it’s enabled for your account, you can always reach out to techsupport.
